Consavvy provides 14 days of return policy. We offer pre-paid return label if the item is defective.

Do I get any warranty on your products?
We offer at least 3 years warranty on all LED products. If you have any problems using them in the next 3 years after purchase, please kindly send them back we will send you replacement for free.
How long can I expect to receive my order?
It will mainly depend on your postal code. Please take a look at the checkout page, it will calculate the estimate time to arrive. However since we are still under pandemic, you may suffer from delay issue.
What if my ordered items are out of stock?
We will either let you know the roughly ETA or negotiate with you for the alternatives. If we can not reach an agreement, this order will be cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
